:wave: Hi, can anyone recommed a simple printable chart please? I´ve looked on the web but cant find anything easy to use.
I´m newly diagnosed and trying to find my way around everything...nightmare isn´t it? lol I´ve just got an accu chek mobile which seems good but I also want to write down my readings and what I´ve eaten to see what works for me. Thanks in advance.

Hi there

I use the accu chek mobile myself. You can register your accu chek and get free booklets sent , they usually arrive within 3 days! Failing that all the info you record on your device can be downloaded via a usb cable .

You can order batteries etc too if you register it on the accu chek uk site
