private messaging

Don't forget things slow down at weekends! lol Hope it will be fixed soon. It may not be very easy to sort out.

Hey all. Sorry for the delay - it's been a busy weekend! I'm just curious to see what kind of error message you're getting. If you could upload a screenshot of the error I'll try my best to assist you further.

In order to take a screenshot, press the print screen button on your keyboard:



Once you've done that, you can paste it in to paint or any other image editing software, save it and upload it to http://www.imgur.com/
 
I posted the error message earlier in the thread.

You are not authorised to send Personal Messages.

That was the message, giverny, I had the option before to say 'send a private message'. Now when it says eg: contact giverny, there's no link, just that box. If you hover the mouse over, the arrow does not become a pointed finger and if you click the box, nothing happens. It's like the option and hyperlink have been removed and I don't know why. It's most disappointing, as I don't want to broadcast the messages to everyone. Any ideas yet? Can you reset the defaults? I have more than enough posts.
