    Medication:
Insulin, Warfarin, Campral, Vitamin B strong, Omeprazole, Solvazinc, too many to mention them all.
    Exercise:
Walking mainly, with my mega-heavy rucksack. Walk the canals and streets of Birmingham at lunchtimes. Commuting is an exercise in it's own right.
    Likes:
    Music, football (Wolves), reading, travelling.

Football, music, playing guitar, movies, walkling, family, travelling, holidays, going up high places to try to overcome my fear of heights, socialising, making people laugh/happy, historic monuments, sightseeing, reading.
