I noticed after a week of probiotics (specifically h&b mind tribiotics) i felt a lot better mentally. ever since ive been trying other probiotics and learning more about the gut-mind connection.
i wondered if anyone else has had any success with probiotics?
 
I make and drink milk kefir every day and since I started doing that (about 6 weeks ago) I have definitely noticed an improvement in myself, both mentally and physically. My concentration is much improved, less brain fog, and my stress/anxiety levels are right down.
 
I drink kefir every morning. Not noticed any change in well-being but it helps with my slow gut motility and keeps me regular. Therefore I would say it is a useful product for diabetics
