Hi I’m type 1 for 11 years and at my last check up the pulse in my left foot was week so have been mad an appt for a blood pressure test in my legs and feet. At the time I had no pain so appt in not for another few weeks but now getting pain and numbness in both feet legs and even in my hands.
Just wondered other than trying to control my bloods is there anything else I can do to improve this whilst I wait for the next appt?
