Has anyone experienced the error "scan failed, please re scan novo pen" when I have never used a pen. This constantly flashing on my screen.. I use cgm freestyle libre 2
Nope, I have seen the message about 'novo pen' on my reader.
The only message that I have gotten is "scan again in 10 minutes". This would happen just after I would get out the sauna - it clearly does not like the heat.
I do not use a pen either. But I continuously receive a "scan failed" msg every couple of seconds. But the sensor appears to be working properly in the background.
Scan failed messages usually mean interference from a NFC device. Since NFC only works over a few centimetres the device has to be very close to the phone, but could even something as simple as a credit card, or an Apple AirTag.

I know this is an old thread but yes I suffer from that message too. I'm going to be using the plus in 10 days time so I'm hoping to have a better time with them.
