Problems with the App

Hey

I've just been diagnosed with T1 Diabetes so I'm getting all kinds of information thrown at me and its all becoming a head blur :S

A friend told me to sign up here and to download the recipe app from this website which i have but it seems to not want to work and i didn't know if anyone was having the same problem as me?

The app loads up fine but when i go to a recipe it just doesn't load up at all?

Im a man who's always on his phone so it would be helpful if this app can work :)

Hi @smithy_90 , sorry to hear that the app isn't working for you. Just a few things I need to know before I pass this on to be fixed:

Are you using an iPhone or an Android phone?
Is the device connected to WiFi/3G when you try to load the app?
Have you tried uninstalling it (and clearing the data/cache if you're on Android) then reinstalling it?
