HbAc1 down to 44!
Celebrations my HbAc1 has gone from 105 in June down to 44! Finally I can come off the Gliclazide & just have the Stigaliptin with the aim of drug free in 6 months . This is down to a lowish carb diet (150g) & some tweaks to my diet (which I thought wasn’t too bad but lots of fruit & bread), a Libre 2 sensor which has been a complete game changer (despite having to scan all day), losing 11 lbs (about the same to go), being a bit more active and you lovely lot which have provided such good advice and encouragement. I’d have been really lost / depressed without this forum - thank you!
