Just at the end of week 4 low carbing :?: :?: sugar averaging 6.0 to 6.3 daily and I have lost half a stone. :lol: :lol: :lol:
I was very sceptical at first and also did not think I liked low carb foods, how wrong I was. My diet has been more varied satisfying and colourful since I started.
I am a convert cant wait to see what my next Hb1ac comes in at :D :D :D

To anY one like me who was sceptical try it you have nothing to loose except a few pounds BONUS!!!!
 
It's amazing how a change to your life can be a change for the better. The new way of eating you have, brought back memories of my own experience of becoming a vegetarian. I suddenly realised that I had to start finding veg that I could eat apart from baked beans and spuds. That was about it apart from carrots at Christmas. Now I will eat virtually any veg from any culture.
Good eating Fiona, and keep us posted with the weight loss!
