My blind spot is below the level of the windscreen when driving and only causes me to kick things accidentally when on the floor to the right. I have been used to this for years. Treatment is so far advanced in comparison with 40 years ago. One ophthalmologist said to me "Blimey, it's like looking at a road map of London. Thankfully that is not what I see on a daily basis.
