Did anyone see a piece in the national press last week, about proposed legislation over diabetic drivers ?
Seemingly, it is a E.U. proposal but the D.V.L.A. are said to be thinking of enforcing it more strictly than mainland europe.
The general jist is that more restrictions be placed on diabetic drivers, but the D.V.L.A. MAY revoke the driving licence of any diabetic driver.
I hope this isn't so as it's bad enough being on a 3 year restricted licence, having had the 7.5 tonne, taken off mine, without losing your licence for having a medical condition.
Any thoughts ?
