Ive lost 1.5 stone over the last few months due to lots of running and cutting alot of my carbs out but Ive also recently started back on my weights trying to put a bit of muscle mass back on. Does anybody know the recommended amount of protein that I should be safely taking in my diet. Im type 1 and 13.7 stone
