Type 2 Protein supplement

Hi everyone,
Could any reply which protein supplement is best for type two diabetes..?
 
Real food is probably way better than any supplement.. try and get your protein from what you eat.
 
Sir actually I am newly diagnosed type two diabetes but I am still in doubt ..? Most of my PP reading never go above than 165 but my fasting blood sugar most of the time fluctuates 120 to 140 HBA1C is since 2014 6.07 please Suggest..!
 
What does your diet usually consist of?
A hard workout will often send your blood sugar up so maybe 135 not so bad.
