Hi everyone...I'm new to the forum, but have been t2 for about a year. I recently had my diabetes clinic and fasting blood test and the nurse said they wasn't happy about some high levels of protein in my blood that needs more tests...what can cause this??

On the off chance that you meant protein in urine - that would be indicative of impaired renal function (a complication of diabetes)
