Dear Popsy,
I would like to offer a whole hearted apology to you for any remarks which I have made which have caused offence and upset. I understand that we are anonymous on this forum and do not know one another but if you knew me then you would understand how utterly mortified I feel. I am a teacher and would never advocate violence to young people (or indeed anyone else) . I would like to apologise if I have caused offence to anyone else in that thread. I was going to pm you @popsy to apologise but after talking things through with other half I didn't want to cause further upset. :(

I only saw the the thread in question up to your reply to my second post.. (So unaware of what transpired after.)
I took no issue with your humour, understanding the remark had no bearing on your professionalism and conduct in your post as teacher..

There are only two things that would offend me on here. Someone peddling a "miracle cure" for diabetes (or anything else for that matter.) with no medical background or research & an agenda of petty financial gain... Or an individual asking for help/advice, then arguing or knocking back the good intentions of those who offer it..

There is a saying in show business... It goes something like this.? In order to understand tragedy, you need to master comedy.

Yes fine by me too Jaylee. What isn't fine by me is that we have potentially lost two great forumites, both of whom have helped me in the past.

That is only down to the "two" members concerned which can be resolved...
I'm not a religious person, but I am a believer in people... A good nights kip and a fresh sunrise will heal the misunderstanding.

Thank you. It really wasn't my intention to cause offence.
@zand I will also be unhappy if they leave as both have been very kind and supportive to me and others in the past:(
