After getting in touch with the 24 hour careline been told they will be sending out a replacement, not to use it and are looking to collect mine for troubleshooting but due to Easter I'm expecting a few days before this happens. I was just wondering had this happened to anyone else. Only had the pump a few months and this has knocked my confidence back. Not sure yet what's caused this error if it was down to me as I couldn't find in the manual the error code so unsure if it's just down to maybe my carelessness or a fault in it.
