I remember hating changing the cartridge and priming on my Combo but it's second nature now. Regarding spare cartridges with the T:Slim - do they provide enough backups etc? That's one thing I'm fond of with Accu-Check in that I have a good backup supply of cartridges, needles, infusion sets etc. Hoping that would be the same with a new pump supplier. Good to know about 'exercise mode' too, assuming it doesn't have a 'temporary basel' functionality like the Accu-Check?Thanks again!Rick</blockquote>
