i was having problems a bit higher than normal BG so i set a temp basal ..didn't do anything.BG still climbing so next step. change every thing ..battery..... site the lot...still NO LUCK .so i did that all again very slowly. still NO DELIVERY.
Great it bank holiday Monday.
so i phoned the medtromic help line that's in the US after 5 pm.but only charged at UK rate ? cant wait to see my phone bill.
They will be send me a replacement tomorrow
But as a typical man i had to try and fix it .
and after opening a new box of infusion sets it worked. I call them back and got the same girl xx on the phone and she said they will replace it just in case and send me some more infusions sets.
