good to know, are these both corded pumps?
Good Morning. I am an Omnipod 5 user. Previously used Omnipod Dash. I have not had any significant issues with leaking pods.Based on experience with pumps, does anyone know what pumps are more prone to leaking than others? I'm so tired of my omnipod 5 leaking on me and having to change it early, wasting insulin and supplies. I'm having to call the company for practically HALF of the order to be replaced due to early changes just from leaking.
I move a lot, my work requires me to and I work in a small space with a few others so it gets bumped n such.
I'd love any advice or words from personal experience with pumps so I can make an informed decision on whether I should fully change to maybe a tubed pump instead of my omnipod.
many thanks :3
@DiabetusDeletus I had leaks with Tandem when I first got it four years ago. The reason was that a Teflon cannula sometimes kinked. I've had no more leaks since I changed to steel cannulas,
