Hello. I have never really had a problem with my weight but now I have. On LCHF and it is keeping my BG good but I notice my jeans are getting tight. It's all going round my middle and I know that is the worst place for it to go I have put a couple of Lbs has anyone else found this? The only thing I can put it down to is eating cream. I'm not a big eater but have been having a lot of cream with strawberries and in my coffee.could this be the reason?

If your calorie intake has not changed, then introducing some high fats into your diet is bound to increase your weight unless you exercise to burn them off?

Do you count your calorie intake as well as your carbs? Cream, cheese and some other fats are rather high in calories so you need to watch your portions. You will put weight on if your calorie intake is higher than the calories you use. I would recommend using Myfitnesspal to keep an eye on your calorie intake, and start counting them.

No I never count calories. I have downloaded MyFitnesspal stopped using it I will start again.

Also watch that you are getting normal protein and not too much. That can put on more fat than eating excess fat, where some is excreted

Lchf isn't an excuse for a pig out (excuse the expression)
