Hi all,
I have been recently diagnosed type 2 and have been asked to test by my diabetic consultant. He gave me the freestyle optium and strips, etc. My dad had the previous model the freestyle xceed, but no longer uses it.
My question: he gave me his strips from the xceed which are in the older style packaging, but in date until November. Can I use these with the optium monitor or as they are the old style will they give incorrect readings?
