Question about blood sugar levels

First post on here, i am not diabetic but have put on some weight in recent years, recently bought a glucose monitor to see my sugar levels, my reading 2 hours after eating a meal is 5.8 mmol and fasting is 5.2 mmol. Just wondered if these are good for non diabetic like myself.

Those levels are perfectly normal. Nothing diabetic about them.

Oh, if only!!
Your BG isn't in the diabetic range Josh, but you might perhaps start to think about your diet and exercise in order to avoid developing diabetes in the future.
