question about my daughter

hi, my daughter had ogtt etc etc we got the results over the phone, they said all tests are normal except.... Her insulin level is 1085, when my 11 yr old was diagnosed with hyperinsulinism etc at 2 yrs old, her insulin level was 181, which sounds pretty scared to me, anyone have a clue about this stuff please?
 
I would guess, one is mlU/l, the other is pmol/L

Conversion factor is. 6.945

so 1085 could be 156,

alternatively, 181 could be the same as 1257.

I wouldn't know what sort of range would be expected, but I hope you can get it sorted with the doctor.
