I was told by a consultant (not a diabetic one) that I need to add more salt to my diet to help with dizzy spells - something I forget after years of being told to cut it down! The switch from processed foods to low carb and mostly home cooked means I have to remember to add salt now.
So possibly keto flu, maybe not enough salt in your diet? And maybe BP dropping as mine did.
