Self absorbed and rude people! Motorists who are oblivious to the rest of the world, and really don't give a ****!
You may have a thread for this, and not sure if I am allowed to post, so checking with you - also could you please explain the meaning of 'sticky' to me, never been quite sure :)

I found a link on carb counting, leading to a download on DiabetesUK today, it states that is new and thought others may find it useful, but wanted to run by you first.

Sticky means that the post will always appear at the top of the list of topics per sub forum ie IMPORTANT messages and announcements that need to be seen before anything else.
