I have a one touch ultra which I get some strips for on prescription but not enough to test as often as Id like. I have also got a Tee 2 (free from Spirit healthcare) which i buy the strips myself (£7.75 for 50 so 1/3 the cost of the ones for the ultra)

The Codefree and the Tee2 have the cheapest strips, and are popular on the forum.

Pharmacies don't sell them. There are discount codes if you buy in bulk and don’t forget to check the box that you have diabetes so you can buy VAT free.
5 packs 264086
10 packs 975833

The Tee2 is here. The meter is free but the trips are a bit more expensive

I love the idea that I get to have trips with my TEE2, even though they are expensive. The anticipation has quite cheered me up!
