Diagnosed with Type 2 in July, been controlling my diet generally by low carb and lost 3 stone so far, thinking of treating myself tonight with a takeaway Indian and was wondering what people thought would be a good low carb meal (without Rice) ( Rice will be replaced by Cauliflower rice)

Thanks

I usually go for a chicken tikka main course (dry so I don't have to worry about what's in the sauce).
My local also does a spinach and minced lamb dish (keema sag) and an aubergine bhaji that I sometimes have as accompaniment.

Anything dry tandoori, my go to is a tandoori mixed starter with saag paneer or mushroom bhaji side, I do confess to having half of an onion bhaji if hubby gets them I also have the salad that comes with the bhaji

Thanks to everyone with their suggestions, had the Tandori Chicken and Sag Paneer. Before eating BGL was 5 and 2.5 hours later was 7 so well happy.
