quick question

I go for full fat, not high or medium!

I very low carb, in ketosis, and the side effects have not had an influence, my body has got use to my diet and I will tell you that at sixty, I've never felt fitter or healthier.
All my life signs are normal and very good for my age.
I have low carb, full fat for two years now.

I am working full time in a busy, demanding active job.
I walk the dog twice a day, look after the wife, do the chores and cook and clean.

I couldn't have done this two years ago.

It is my lifestyle and low carbing, full fat that has enabled me to be so active.
