Even rate of body weight loss reduces if the person is below BMI of 22. Personally I do see lot of similarities between these folks - just that T2D folks have to see GPs regularly and pop a few pills. T2D folks usually enjoy their life, whereas folks engaged in extreme training almost live very controlled / restricted life (can't eat salt, sweet, fatty oils, of course the story of carbs is known).</p></blockquote><p></p>
