@vxrich , I know what your saying about the bs levels but I'm still abit concerned with your symptoms and the ketone levels. May be being a mother hen but better safe than sorry! I've had a look on Google and many people stay at that level for weeks so, so long as my bs isn't high I should be ok and I reckon the carbs that I've eaten will drop it down, I'll check in a bit. Again, I really appreciate your advice and it's good to know that you guys are available to give advice
yes your BS needs to also be high@Enclave I've probably eaten a third of my normal intake today but ketone levels are coming down steadily now. I think those levels given by diabetes UK are when bs are high (I think my diabetic nurse used to say mid teens) but isn't it different when you are in a state of ketosis? I'm certainly not arguing and appreciate your help!
