Dikeman annoys me a bit. He tends to preach an extreme point of view and many of us know that you can manage glucose levels without being 100% "GRIT" (low carb) (he says having run between 4.2 and 4.5 mmol/l for the last six hours having eaten 90g carbs for breakfast.....)
Although I do agree with the view that for the majority of people the biggest driver of glycaemic volatility is carbs in food as most aren't really sure how to manage the combination and don't have the tools to see it.
