Hi,
I'm new to this site, I've had type 2 diabetes for about 10 years. I've recently had a problem with raised creatine in my blood tests G.P. has kept repeating them over the last few months, had another one yesterday at local Hospital and G.P. surgery have just rung me asking me to make myself available tomorrow a.m. for G.P. to discuss results by phone. I'm really worried now, what does this mean? Have to wait until tomorrow morning to discuss with G.P., person who contacted me said she was not medically qualified to discuss.

Hi Tony,

I've not come across creatine problems before but this link might give some clues as to why your doctor has called you in. Sorry its somewhat technical but is aimed at the medical profession. From what I could understand it appears that high creatine levels are linked with kidney problems.
