A random test will tell you little. Your reading could be down to anything, liver dump, the recent heat wave, poor sleep, infection etc etc.
A high of 7.3 may even be a rogue reading. It is better to test in an organised fashion to look for patterns as well as record your reactions to the foods you are eating. The reading isn't scarily high but it is better to try and get it lower if you can.
