I’ve just spray tan earlier today, my blood have shot up to 18 and I couldn’t believe it!! I tested again and they dropped to 15!! Could this be the spray tan making it go high? Otherwise I have no clue why
 
Oh wow! I would never have thought of this. I’ve never had a spray tan but am intrigued to see if this has ever happened to anyone else!
 
I am unlikely to need a spray tan (holding my arm up to the screen to check, the picture is reasonably accurate, tan-wise...)

But crikey is there nothing that doesn't mess with sugar levels?!
