random question over hunger pains

I was wondering as a newbie if any one else gets hunger pains, between meals, im hoping its just because im losing weight slowly and its not something I should be concered over with bg . low or high ? could any expierence folk advise me in any way im hoping my kit arrives today to test were im up to . :thumbup:
 
I am not an expert by any means but just a thought would it help if you ate the same amount of food but spread into more meals so as not to have a big gap in between meals ?

I get hunger pains too.... Just because I'm hungry lol not much more to it than that!
 
thanks carol . did tat at lunch had half and keep rest to snack on , my tester finally came and my reading was 8.7 b4 lunch still to high I know but this time last thurs it was 18.1 getting there thankyou for your help I will take that advice xx
