Rapeseed oil

Could I ask if any of you have problems with Rapeseed oil ..
 
I use it all the time, I changed from olive oil. Olives bring up my BG.
I buy mine from Aldi
 
Hi @Shar67 .. So your ok with it then, Its in almost everything now and the misses has a big allergy with it .. think peanut allergy .. well it rapeseed oil for her.. just wondered if anyone else had problems with this oil.

When i 1st moved to Kent it seemed to be grown in every field around I had terrible hayfever, couldn't go near the raw or oil. Had several years of itching and swelling up like a balloon. Then suddenly it just stopped, which i have maintained it was after a flu jab that contained albumen protein. After that no hayfever, could frollic through fields, a total 180°. I buy Aldi but if I can get local all the better
 
The misses doesn't have a flu jab ... mild hay fever ... but huge problem with rapeseed oil .. she is ok now as she avoids it .. on the odd slip we know all about it .. never more that 2 feet away from antihistamines ....
