Some processes use analine to remove the toxins and clarify the product instead of hexane</p><p></p><p>The warning about over heating rapeseed oil and re-using it is not to be ignored. There was a scandal in Spain some years ago because the ship shops and fast food outlets were over using the oil, an it led to some fatalities and large number of hospital admissions.
