Rapilose for home 75g OGTT

No worries, I've been big enough and stupid enough not to be offended.
Because of the rarity of RH, it is not looked for in most cases because of the same sort of data that you have seen, that is why even if you are T2 or RH, or even some other metabolic conditions, the right tests are necessary to find out why you get symptoms. And data like you have is so useful for a specialist.
Do the extra hours and see if you do go hypo again.
At least you now know that you have a problem with either insulin resistance or insulin response at first. And you do have a insulin response later.
So your defo not T1! Yet! (Ha!)

Stay safe.

Lastly, if you can't get a test from your doctor, I would repeat the test with a really high carbs meal. Such as a mixed meal test or just carbs. Always do an extended glucose test, two hours you don't get the full picture.

@Lamont D
I eventually got around to testing for 4 hours following a high carb meal tonight.
I had a homemade beef curry with white rice & half a naan bread, about 80g+ of carbs.
Hard to be exact with not cooking for one but somewhere in that ballpark.
I took hourly readings.

1 Hour: 6.6
2 Hour 5.0
3 Hour 4.6
4 Hour 4.2

Maybe that meal would have had a bit of fat on the meat which would soften spikes & crashes but it's a decent real world test.
My dog is not impressed as he didn't get his after dinner walk as I was testing.
I'll make it up to him tomorrow.

I would say that most of the people on this site would wish for figures like that!

That is really normal, the only thing I can suggest is, I found out that you could test every half hour as well as on the hour. This will give you the spike and if you have a secondary insulin boost. This will show, if you have two spikes.
How fast you spike is probably found somewhere in the first hour, by the second hour you have already levelled off, lower than your fasting levels, did you fast a long time beforehand?
I wonder if you could go into the fifth hour? Only to see if you have another spike.

Hope you didn't give your dog some of that curry, you need a really long walk tomorrow and plenty of doggie bags

Keep safe
