Rash on shoulder and neck

I'm a type 2 diabetic and during the last day or so I've noticed that I have quiet a large rash on my left shoulder and neck. Has anybody experienced anything similar to this. Thanks
 
Hi Adrian,

It could be a lot of things, best to see your Dr. We are diabetics but that does not mean that we only experience diabetic related health problems.
I note that you live in Indonesia so could be heat related?
