Ratios and weight gain

Hi
Just started on pump 6 months ago. Gained about 15 pounds. Now at 215 lbs (6.3 feet).

I can seem to get the isf right. I use to be around 1 unit for 4 mmol and now after testing more like 1unit for 1.7 mmol.

Has this ever happened to any of you?

My basal is 24 units via pump (24 hours)

And I:C 1: 12 carbs

I find that My factors did change when starting on a pump..... have you discussed this with your DSN ?

how are you measuring Bg's ( blood test strips , Libre , CGM ) ???????

are you keeping logs to look for trends ???
