Raw potato question

Hi,

I just had some mashed potato, I tend to look at picture books to guess the carb content but it's really quite annoying how some foods nutrition values are always given "cooked", it's much easier if i'm cooking to weight the raw potato rather than cooked, which will depend hugely on how long i cook it for, how much moisture it has retained, if i mash it, how much extras (milk, egg) i add, and so on.

Anyone has a ballpark value for raw potato?
