Hi all
About to embark on the altralife NHS shake / soup programme. I have to stop all diabetes meds from the outset. Any tips please or advice, success stories or not??

Soups & Smoothie diet.

I have seen recent reports on the success of this trial supported by Diabetes U.K I was wondering if anyone who tried it has ideas on the recipes for both that were used. I'm in remission at moment but think maybe 2 or 3 days a week adopting this idea? Would appreciate any feedback on this BW45
