Thanks. I will be setting an appointment with an endocrinologist on tomorrow. Hopefully I will finally get some answers to this hellish month long ordeal. My main issue has been weird aching eye headache and extreme sleepiness around 10am-2pm depending on what I ate. Then I feel much better from 6pm to bedtime. Its hard to enjoy the things I once loved. My family is fed up with my complaining because I have been back and forth to doctors with no answers. Visited a sleep dr, had my B12 levels and thyroid checked etc but everything was normal. I really hope this is the answer.Today I am trying to limit my carbs. The problem is, where I live it is extremely hard to skip on carbs. I don't really know what I'm doing at this point but hopefully this makes a huge difference. For breakfast I had Total cereal with 1% fat milk and a bite or two of a strawberry. I'll have a couple almonds as a snack. I have no idea what I'll have for lunch and this bothers me. I don't want to under-eat but don't have much money for quality food. I am a 22 year old female, weigh 119 pounds, and I'm 5'3 (from the US so I don't know the standard measurement units elsewhere). I do not want to lose any more weight. If I do I'll be way too thin. I'm really scared this isn't what is wrong with me. If its not reactive hypoglycemia I'm back at square one. I've been stressing about the effect of this on college, my friends and family. I just want my life back the way it was a couple months ago.
