It's funny how the things we think are lower carb turn out to be insanely high.
I got caught out with the ones that put the carb count per serving and it says something like "2g carb per serving" which I thought was great until I ate it and realized a serving is actually 1 teaspoon!
Calorie, carb and fat bible says Evap is 11.6g/100ml a serving it says is 85g. Reduced fat version is 10.5g/100, but a serving is 28g of this type. Condensed milk varies between 10.5 for unsweetened and 60 for sweetened.
