Okay how good have you become when reading product labels? Extremely good? I mean do you pass a shelf and automatically register it as high carb, low fat, high fat, high sodium etc?
Or are you still in a learning phase or couldn't you care less?
I have become much better but it still shocks me sometimes to discover what I thought was definitely one thing, something I could eat and enjoy but turns out to something completely other and a thing that is a positive no-no. I no longer buy stuff unless I have read the label first. Getting it home having NOT read the label is far too big a mistake to make especially when it's something I really really like! It sits in the cupboards whispering at me.
Oh dear I really am losing it, my food is talking to me
