Readings all over the place

Having a bad time this last week with blood readings being very up and down and all over the place.

I'm taking 2000mg of metformin and 0.6 of victoza. Havent been able to stay on the 1.2 of victoza due to severe head aches but was doing well with what i'm taking. Then over the past few days bloods have been up to 20/22 and then down to 3/8 in the space of a couple of hours. Starting to feel quite odd with it all I'm not eating anything i shouldnt be and have only been on victoza for 3 weeks which has replaced a 100mg sitagliptin.

Can anyone offer any advice on this please as getting a little worried about it all.

Hi whizzyweb.
Apparantly if you have any medication change , you 'can' trough and peak a bit with BG levels .
It all settles down as your system adapts to the change of med therapy.
My DSN told me this when I changed insulin a month ago.
Guess what ? She was RIGHT .... I did exactly this for 3 days ....
UP and DOWN was all over the place!
Then levelled out and settled with a more consistent pattern of steadier BG levels.
Hope this helps ?
Anna.x :)
