Sorry I just had to share, I was put ob 4 x Gliclazide (obviously worked my way up over the course of a week) and I was worried about them not working as I couldn't really seem to see a difference to begin with, well....I joined the gym and have started swimming every other day and have also switched to LCHF diet. Today I saw my first level under 8 since before diagnosis in 2012 :D happy really doesnt describe it!!! It was 7.7 :) my fasting level was 20mmol when they took my bloods on 12th May and this morning was 10.6!! So I am gradually beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel!!!
