Sorry to hear about your health problems you are experiencing. Maybe giving us some more information might be helpful. What kind of blood sugars do you observe currently? Do they go up noticeably after meals? What do you typically eat in a day?

Hi @legolgel much of what you describe sounds like it is being caused by blood sugars that are too high. When I was Type 1 I was very aware of what happened to my digestive system if my readings went haywire. One common feature was unpleasant stomach cramps, often accompanied by diarrhoea, Ketoacidosis which naturally eats away body fat and therefore brings your weight down. It sounds as though you are not making enough insulin, but I would urge you to see a diabetes consultant and to let him know that you are not on Insulin or Metformin. Maybe you are Type 1 and not Type 2? I am not in any position to diagnose, but there are others on the Forum who have been diagnosed incorrectly. I would find out urgently, even going straight to A and E at your local hospital. Have you ever had your insulin production levels checked at all? Personally, in your shoes, I would like a good range of blood tests to be run, including viatmins and hormones.
Could you give us an indication of what you actually eat on a day to day basis? How often do you fast, and how long to your fasts usuallu last?
Sorry for all the questions, but whilst we might have some suggestions for you to think about, it sounds like you need medical assistance to work out what's going on here.

I am fasting less than 12 hours because it feels horrible....
Now I am not eating any kind of diet but all the symptoms started to get worst since the moment I started to loose weight.
I do have a glucometer and test it regularly... My sugar levels doesn't go higher than 136 and my fasting blood sugars goes below 110..... For now ...but I am going to send you the test that I have done latelyDo you have a glucose meter? I would get one and check your blood immediately. As alluded to previously, your pancreas may be packing up. It would explain the weight loss. And if you have hyperglycaemia then your symptoms could very well be ketoacidosis. My advice is to not delay on this! If in doubt go to the emergency department at the hospital.

Thanks for the advise and yes , I am in the struggle to get a good dr here in Rhode island, USA....Hi, as others have said if you are losing weight that implies you have low insulin production or some other illness. If you have high blood sugar which is uncontrolled there is a great danger of DKA (Ketoacidosis). Insulin needs to be given if you have high blood sugar and low insulin production to avoid the production of ketones. From what you say your doc sounds useless. I would check your ketone level with ketone strips and ask for a c-peptide test to check your natural insulin level.

Your blood sugars look good as the results you report are in the non-diabetic range (high of 136 mg/dl = 7.6 mmol/l and low of 70 mg/dl = 3.9 mmol/l).
Before commenting on some of the above I would like to say that we aren't medical professionals on this forum, so can't diagnose you -- so a checkup with your GP is definitely a good idea. It definitely is important to rule out anything more serious. So sorry to hear that your current doctor is not helpful.
Given that no other serious problems that are found, these are some things that might help with your diet:
Is it possible that you just aren't eating enough food? This might also be an explanation for losing weight (and your hair).
As to your fast heartbeat und sweating at night -- increasing your salt intake, either by salting your foods more liberally or by incorporating broth (especially bone broth) into your diet, might help.
To stabilize weight (or even gain), including more high fat foods might be good option. Think cheese and nuts, especially.

Some of the symptoms you mentioned in your post, is usually a corollary of thyroid issues of some sort.
The cold hands and thinning hair stood out as one of the issues that raises a red flag when the body's thermostat is impaired somewhat.
