@Cana Might be the low carb flu hitting you a bit, I went through that myself but keeping yourself hydrated and your salt levels up will help out a lot with that. Could be though that you're having too much carbs in one part of the day then crashing later on but I can assure you as you cut down it'll get better and especially the sugars too play a huge role in mood.
Usually in T2 we're known for not coming back down in BS numbers for a long while, depending on what we eat. What do you make that roll with usually? It’s it too many carbs.
The 10g of porridge in the morning isn’t making me go over 8.
The roll is spread over several hours.
So definitely no spiking. Other than my mood

Any possibility that you are perimenopausal? My friend was like this and her husband was lucky to get out alive!

I was told by 3 gps any test in peri menopause is worthless as hormones are all over the place and can be different day to day or even more frequently. Tests only valid to confirm it’s done once it’s over. I wasn’t there for that but my age raised the question if symptoms could be down to “my age”.Possibly. I’m 46.
I’ll speak to dr when I next see her.
Is there a test you can have to see if you are?
