Hi All,
I've kept you posted on my first screening, there is a thread on here about it.
Summary - all went well, the optician thought all looks good, no signs of diabetic changes, see again in 12 months.
Received the letter with the result and it says - there are signs of diabetic changes, no action needed, see again in 12 months, reducing BG and BP can help.
Confused - the end result is no different and I kind of think it's a safety net letter as if they said all if hunky dorey I may go off the rails. Or did the optician miss something she should have advised me of?
Thoughts?
